Laura has been a coaching managers, team leaders, and executives for over 15 years. Formerly a fashion and publishing entrepreneur, Laura has benefited from a broad base of exposure over dozens of industries including transportation, fashion, communications, IT and software, energy, hospitality, entertainment, education, healthcare, and nonprofits. As an ICF credentialed coach (PCC) Laura brings over 1000 hours of 1:1 coaching experience in addition to her consultation, facilitation and training business. A continuous learner, Laura takes great pride in providing customized and leading edge solutions for her for-profit and nonprofit clients, utilizing a vast menu of tools and assessments where appropriate, and she enjoys co-creating solutions with her clients to meet their timely and specific needs. Laura’s keen interest in neuroscience, brain-based mindfulness, and intentional engagement has informed her work, and much of her speaking engagements focus on sharing what she has learned through her reading and research. She jokes that “I read all this stuff so you don’t have to!” Her extensive exposure to leaders has given her insight on what leaders need to feel confident and the appreciation of the critical role self-awareness and feedback plays in the conscious development of top leaders.
